The year 2023 starts strong at B&S Tech with the organization of a webinar on January 19 to share market trends and consumer expectations. Indeed, low and non-alcoholic drinks have the wind in their sails in this month of January thanks to the Dry January phenomenon. This movement, which was born in Great Britain in 2013 and consists of stopping drinking during the month of January, is becoming more and more successful in France. For this month of January 2023, nearly 1 in 3 French people said they wanted to participate according to an Ifop study.
