Come to our round table !
For the WineParis trade show, which will take place from February 13th to 15th, B&S TECH is organizing a round table on the challenges of NO/LOW, a new diversification path for the wine market.
We will discuss this topic with industry professionals on Tuesday, February 14 from 12:30 am to 1:30 pm on the WineTech Pavillion Stage.

During this round table, we will address the current context of alcohol and wine consumption and look at the place of dealcoholized and partially dealcoholized wine. We will also discuss the regulatory situation and its challenges to identify the obstacles and opportunities of this new diversification path.
The panel will be moderated by Hortense Brière, Business Development Director at B&S Tech.
