Summer is finally here and gives us the opportunity to take stock of the last 6 months and especially to note the great successes reaped by our customers on the no/low products we have developed for them!
It is therefore not without pride that we share some of them with you in this article:
1. A silver medal for the Zero of Rochefort
First of all, the Château de Rochefort, one of the first customers to have trusted us, was awarded a beautiful silver medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles! After receiving a bronze medal last year at the IWSC competition, this second medal demonstrates the fine work done on this dealcoholised sparkling wine, the lowest calorie on the market.
Want to taste it? Try it pure or in a non-alcoholic cocktail such as kir royal or spritz, you'll see, you won't be able to do without it!
2. A listing at the Grande Epicerie for the NOOH range of Château La Coste!
The still rosé and the sparkling rosé NOOH de La Coste never ceases to seduce: After a remarkable arrival at the Crillon to enter the recipe of one of their famous iced cookies made by pastry chef Matthieu Carlin, here is the range in the temple of gastronomy: La Grande Epicerie, to the delight of Parisians. A distribution that is expanding and is no longer limited to cellars specializing in alcohol-free products, which shows the awareness of distributors on the need to offer no/low to their customers.
3. Sparkling CYPHER named Best 0% alcohol Sparkling wine in the world !
We are proud to announce that the prestigious World Alcohol Free Awards have named Cypher the world's best alcohol-free sparkling wine in the category of white sparkling wines made by an independent French winemaker.
🍐 "White fruits and flowers with hints of silver needle tea. The firm backbone of acidity adds an almost saline minerality. Good for fans of Chablis/Sancerre. "The World Alcohol-Free Awards focus on products with an alcohol content of 0.5% or less. This year, 450 entries were received from 21 countries and judged by leading retail tasters from seven different countries in Europe, North America and the UK
4. Finally, many articles highlighting our customers' innovations such as:
The launch of Ohlala from the Meyre Vineyard : https://www.sudouest.fr/vin/gironde-avec-oh-la-la-le-medoc-se-met-au-vin-sans-alcool-18594431.php
Le Zéro by Edmus : https://www.vitisphere.com/actualite-101054-45-euro-le-premier-saint-emilion-grand-cru-desalcoolise.html
These successes confirm the growing trend of no/low and confirm the success of the R&D work carried out in recent months to improve the quality of dealcoholized wines.
The current projects will still amaze you, we can't wait to tell you more, stay tuned!
In the meantime, the entire B&S Tech team wishes you a great summer, an ideal opportunity to test no/low drinks ;)
