Indeed, Château de Rochefort has responded to the NO-LOW trend with this low-calorie sparkling wine. A promising trend in a rapidly expanding market!

Who ?

The Château de Rochefort is a century-old family business taken over by Guillaume and Marine de Rosnay in 2018. A family that invests in innovation and sustainable production, enabling them to achieve impeccable wine quality.

What ?

After vinification, the Zéro de Rochefort" is dealcoholised using vacuum evaporation technology, which preserves the wine's characteristics. The result of a collaboration between Château de Rochefort and B&S Tech (expert in dealcoholisation), this alcohol-free sparkling wine, 100% Melon de Bourgogne, reveals French know-how and an exceptional terroir in all simplicity.

Attentive to new trends and consumer expectations, Château de Rochefort is innovating and making its appearance on the alcohol-free market. Indeed, its potential speaks for itself, since a growth of 10% per year is expected between now and 2025 for alcohol-free wine.
