2024 : Try the No/Low adventure with B&S Tech!
At the beginning of January, the B&S Tech team is on the starting blocks to meet the growing demand for no/low beverage development from producers of wines, beers, spirits and ready-to-drink beverages.
First of all, the end of 2023 was rich in the production of new innovations for our customers that we are delighted to share with you with:
- The new alcohol free drink brand NOOH by La Coste from Château La Coste : a premium non-alcoholic sparkling rosé and still rosé made exclusively from their organic cuvée “Rosé d'une Nuit” and which arrived just in time for the end of year celebrations!
- The "Z" by Edmus cuvée: The first bottles of "Z", a dealcoholized wine from the Grand Cru de Saint-Emilion produced at Château Edmus, were just ready to be consumed for the highly publicized period for the alcohol-free category: Dry January!
With its bold and visionary spirit, the property that moves Bordeaux has trusted B&S Tech and the consulting firm Derenoncourt to support it on the launch of a limited series of 1200 bottles of dealcoholized wine. An innovation that will be the talk of the town!
- In the south of France, we are delighted to have supported the Boissier vineyards for the launch of 2 alcohol-free wines in cans of the UCHRONIC brand: Sauvignon Zero and Sauvignon Fizz Zero. Available to order since the end of December!
- Finally, our collaboration with the Domaine de Brau continues with the expansion of the CYPHER range : after the launch of a non-alcoholic rosé in September, the range is expanded with a non-alcoholic white wine and a sparkling wine in cans. And you want to know a secret? We're not going to stop there;)!
The start of the year sets the tone and innovations arrive at the time of Dry January, a high point for the no/low category.
